Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship to eligible addresses in the United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and P.O. boxes. Available shipping methods and final shipping costs are confirmed at checkout based on your delivery address. All shipping rates are in U.S. dollars (USD).

We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or P.O. boxes.

Shipping rates

Economy Shipping is US$2.95 on orders under US$20 and free on orders of US$20 or more. Expedited Shipping is US$4.99, regardless of order amount. Free shipping applies to Economy Shipping only.

Free-shipping eligibility is based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before taxes and shipping charges. No free-shipping code is required for an eligible order.

Order processing and cut off

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 calendar days after the order is placed, including weekends and holidays.

Our warehouses dispatch orders throughout the week, including weekends and holidays. We do not have a fixed daily order cut-off time.

Orders are shipped from fulfillment warehouses in California and New Jersey, United States.

Estimated transit and delivery times

Economy Shipping: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days after dispatch.
Transit time begins after your order has shipped. Total estimated delivery time equals order processing time plus transit time. These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

Taxes and customs

Any applicable taxes collected by YOZON are shown at checkout before you place your order. Customers do not pay additional import duties or customs clearance fees for orders shipped from our U.S. warehouses.
